You work with people, as a coach, therapist, or bodyworker, and you've reached the limit of what talking can shift.
You understand your own patterns intellectually and want to feel where they live in the body.
You've noticed that your own nervous system sets the ceiling on how deep your clients can go with you.
You want to understand what actually happens in a nervous system during a session, not just follow a script.
You're in a transition, personal or professional, and you want the clarity that comes from your body instead of more thinking.
You're considering practitioner training and want to experience the method in your own body before you decide.
DAY 01 - September 29th
The physiology of breath, how the nervous system shifts between states, and the three phases of a Somatic Breathwork session: Activation, Regulation, Connection. You'll learn to recognize your own patterns as they happen. That's the foundation every practitioner works from.
DAY 02 - September 30th
A complete 90-minute Somatic Breathwork session, guided live. You'll experience each phase from the inside: activation, release, and the settle that follows. This is the session you would one day lead, received first in your own body.
DAY 03 - October 1st
How this work translates into a client session, a relationship, and a room you lead. Co-regulation, and why a nervous system settles fully only in the presence of another. For those who want to guide others through this, Day 3 shows what the training path looks like.
The ceiling you keep hitting
They can name the pattern. Trace it back. Explain exactly why they do the thing. And then they do it again. Because the pattern does not live in the story. It lives in the body, in the nervous system, in the part of them that conversation cannot reach.
This summit is about working there instead. Not more mindset. Not more talk. You learn to work directly with the nervous system, yours and your clients', so the felt shift happens before the explanation. That is where lasting change actually starts.

Your teacher
Steven Jaggers, co-founder of Soma+IQ™, has trained nearly 3,000 practitioners in 38 countries through a university-accredited training. These skills were the first thing he taught every practitioner, and they kept telling him the same thing: this changed my marriage and my parenting before it ever changed my sessions. So he built a course just for the skills.
“Stop focusing on healing. Start focusing on connection. Everything else is a byproduct.”

Soma+IQ Breathwork isn’t built around one rigid breathing technique or simply trying to create the most intense experience possible.
We combine the breath with intentional music, guided facilitation, nervous-system awareness, emotional release, grounding, and integration to create a complete journey.
The goal isn’t to force a breakthrough.
It’s to create a safe, well-held space where you can get out of your head, reconnect with your body, and allow your own experience to unfold.
Sometimes that experience is powerful and emotional.
Sometimes it’s quiet, peaceful, and deeply clarifying.
Both matter.
Both are valid.
None at all. Every session is guided live, from the first breath. Whether this is your first session or your fiftieth, you'll be guided at a pace that lets you have your own experience - you can always slow down or pause whenever you need to.
Each day runs about 90 - 120 minutes, starting at 4:00 PM Pacific. Day 2 (the full experience) runs a little longer to allow time for integration at the end.
For most people, yes - you remain in control the entire time and can return to normal breathing whenever you like. Conscious circular breathing can be physically and emotionally intense, so if you are pregnant, have a cardiovascular condition, epilepsy, or a history of severe trauma, please check with your doctor first and let us know before we begin.
Come with a quiet space where you can lie down comfortably and won’t be interrupted. A yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, and headphones or good speakers are helpful. We’ll also walk you through everything at the beginning of each session.
Replays are available for lifetime access with the VIP upgrade on the next page - completely optional.
Questions answered
An evidence-based practice that pairs conscious breathing with nervous system work to release what the body has been holding. It works with the autonomic nervous system directly, creating physiological shifts that cognitive approaches alone cannot reach. For practitioners, it is how you help clients move from understanding a pattern to actually changing it.
Coaches, practitioner, yoga teachers, and healthcare professionals who want body-based tools in their practice. Also a strong fit if you are moving into wellness work. Whether your practice is established or just beginning, you will leave with techniques you can use right away.
It deepens your existing approach rather than replacing it. Coaches use it to move past mental loops. Therapists add it for body-based work. Bodyworkers integrate it for emotional release. Yoga teachers extend their breath offerings. It sits alongside CBT, talk therapy, massage, energy work, and most other modalities.
Yes. Many of the people in the room are moving into this work from somewhere else entirely, from corporate, nursing, teaching. If you have done your own work and feel the pull to serve others, this is a foundation you can build on.
The three days give you fundamentals you can use personally and simple practices you can share. To lead full sessions with certification and insurance, we recommend the complete practitioner training. Most people start by folding the regulation tools from the summit into their work while pursuing full certification.
